Manila Ocean Park's Liquid Pool and Lounge Lunch Buffet Promo had an inclusive deal of dry encounter with the stingrays just beside the restaurant. I was happy holding the top surface of large stingrays after having lunch. I didn't eat rays for lunch of course, lol.
