It is a great anti-aging agent, too. No wonder why apple cider has become a hit for millions of people worldwide because it is like you are eating a real apple as well. You can make a variety of desserts using apple if you can't eat it alone. You can create an apple pie or apple jelly. Just make sure you do not take off the skin as it is where the nutrients are.
