123 Years old Aymara native man was discovered living a healthy life in Bolivia. He was the world's oldest man ever recorded in History and his name is Carmelo Flores Laura.
The 123 years old man shared his secret Diets and Exercise on how he lived very long.
"I walk a lot, that's all. I go out with the animals," says Flores. "I don't eat noodles or rice, only barley. I used to grow potatoes, beans, oca (an Andean tuber)." He also said that he loves eating skunks and Fox meat.
The average lifespan of a man is 60-80 years old. According to Guinness World Book of Record , the oldest man ever lived is the 122 years old female frenchJeanne Louise Calment. But if the Bolivian records is precise, Bolivia's Carmelo Flores Laura will probably be the World Most Oldest Man.
Carmelo Flores Laura is a Indian Aymara Native living in a simple hut in Bolivia. He may not have a complete set of teeth but he still as healthy as many young generations are. He doesnt need a walking stick and still have a very good eyesight.
The director of Bolivia's civil registrar, Eugenio Condori,revealed to the The Associated Press the registry that lists Flores' birth date as July 16, 1890. However, Condori wasn't able to show the Birth Certificate of the old man. He explained that there were no existing birth certificate in Bolivia until 1940. The date of births were only registered was during baptismal with the Roman Catholic priest.
