The Supreme Court of India yesterday took no decision on the petition of 1993 Mumbai blasts convict Yakub Memon announcing that arguments would continue tomorrow. Today the Supreme Court is still hearing his petition to stop his execution on grounds that proper procedure was not followed and the latest update is that it has been sticking to its previous decision of death sentence. Meanwhile, Yakub Memon has filed a fresh plea for mercy with the President just a day before his hanging which is reported to be rejected by the President. So, it means that Yakub Memon is going to be hanged tomorrow.
