Roar from Katy Perry and Applause from Lady Gaga.

Roar  early today (reached #1 in some countries), and a few hours later, Applause.

Applause  was expected next August 19th, but due to leaked versions in low and high quality stepped forward to present day.

 

GaGa strategy to overturn Perry's single?
