Four people were killed and two went missing as a bus plunged into a ditch in Osmaninagar upazila of Sylhet on Thursday.
The identities of deceased could not be known immediately. 
Officer-in-charge of highway police Nur-un--Nabi said , the Sylhet-bound bus skidded off the road and sank after it fell into a roadside ditch around 12:15pm , leaving four people dead and many injured.Two of the passengers remained missing.
Among the injured, 10 people were taken to different hospitals.
The diving team of the fire service is trying to recover the bus.
