6 Different Meals For Baby
We list different types of foods for children. But we forget to list some of the foods to the menu or for some wrong reason we do not want to feed those. Today I am going to tell you about some child foods which arevery nutritious, very easily available and fun to eat.
#1 Black Grapes
The Enthasayanina phlebhanaida in the dark blue color of black grapes are good for babies’ eyes. It plays role in the development of the brain and urinary tract formation.
Serving ideas:
You can make fruits shake. Mix up a quarter cup of black grapes with one tablespoon water and put it into the oven for 30 seconds only and let it be cool. Then spread a little sweet yogurt over it. Your baby will like to take it.
#2 Yogurt
Yogurt can be a fun food when your child will learn to eat new foods. Yogurt enhances disease resistance and keeps the brain and the heart healthy. It is an excellent source of calcium and vitamin D, which keeps the baby's bones and teeth well. Moreover, it creates beneficial microorganism in the esophageal which helps in digesting the food.
Serving Ideas:
Yogurt is indeed tasteful itself. But it can be fed mixing with baby formula food easily if you wish. You can also feed your baby yogurt mixing up with mashed banana.
#3 Lentil
Lentil is a food which is full of protein and fiber. It is a full pack nutritious food and is cheap in cost and it is available everywhere. Lentil reduces the risk of heart disease. It is a great source of folate and magnesium, which keep the heart’s health very well. Folate reduces the homocysteine levels to lower the risk of heart disease. Magnesium improves blood flow, oxygen and nutrients throughout the body. Lentil helps to keep the digestion procedure smooth by preventing constipation.
Serving Ideas:
Rice and lentil hotchpotch is famous in Bangladesh. Moreover, any vegetable can be mixed with cooked lentil and it increases the taste.
#4 Broccoli
Broccoli contains the folate, calcium and sulfur compound. Broccoli is known as cancer prevention food. It has a nice flavor which is able to change to baby’s eating flavors. Broccoli is full of soluble fiber that can reduce cholesterol from the body. Broccoli has huge kaempferol which is able to lessen the impact of allergy-related substances on our body. Broccoli is a source of concentrated vitamin C and other powerful antioxidants. Broccoli contains both calcium and vitamin K which are best for hone health.
Serving Ideas:
Broccoli needs to be cut into small pieces and to be boiled until it becomes soft. The grain it takes light, so most of the cases babies love to take it seriously.
#5 Prune
Prune contains fiber, which helps to cure constipation. Prunes can protect the brain from free radical damage. It also can help to prevent chronic diseases such as cardiovascular disease and cancer. Soluble fibre of prune helps to keep blood sugar levels stable. Prune helps to get improved bone health and reduce the risk of osteoporosis.
Serving Ideas:
Smash the prunes then mix with any kind of dishes before feeding. Prune has a taste of chimes which the children prefer. If your baby is suffering from constipation, mix 2pcs of prunes juice with foods and feed.
#6. Meat
Meat is a good source of protein as well as zinc and iron. So child should be fed meat.
Serving Ideas:
Cook the meat in steam. It is easy to cook this way as well as easy to eat and the ingredients of nutrients remain unchanged. Mix some ginger and if wish you can add vegetables too. It can be an ideal food for baby.
