I have read a book called Untold Story by Monica Ali. I found the book very enjoyable to read, because it was based on facts about Princess Diana. Although, it's a fictional story using facts about her life events, it delves into a secret life of a character who has run away from a royal life.

I was interested in the Royal family, so I found Untold Story fascinating to read and I did not want to put it down for a minute.

The story is about an English woman who has taken the identity of a woman called Lydia. Monica Ali uses the facts of Diana's life and weaves them into a fictional story. The story is about Lydia who has a secret past that she has left behind. The character once lived a royal life, but she is now living an ordinary life in America.

What if the most famous woman in the world hadn't actually died? What if she had faked her death and was out there in the world living in a new life? Is it possible? Well, Monica Ali uses this with fiction.

She is quite incredible in the way she written this novel. I enjoyed the idea of this book. The story intrigued me. The concept of the idea 'What if' made me want to read on.

If you enjoy reading books about Diana, then I recommend Untold Story written by Monica Ali. Monica Ali is a Bangladeshi-born British writer who was selected as of the “Best of Young British Novelists” in 2003. She has, also, written a novel called Brick Lane, Alentego Blue and In the Kitchen.
