The charges against the North Korean defence minister Hyon Yong Chol were treason along with disobeying President Kim Jong-un and falling asleep during an event at which North Korea's young leader was present. The result was that he was arrested in late April and executed three days later by anti-aircraft fire in front of an audience of hundreds and without any sort of legal proceedings.
