A Handful of Nuts Per Day Reduces The Risk of Fatal Five Health.

 

 

 

The New England Journal of Medicine published in the paper, is known to be the people who eat nuts every day  than any heart problems, respiratory problems and cancer are less affected. Studies, Nut existing unsaturated fatty acids, protein, fiber, vitamins, minerals antioxidants in the heart, cancer and other inflammatory diseases as well as protective works. And a new study, reduced the risk of death up to 20% everyday playing the nuts.
