Yesterday, the news at the MSN website included an item about a centenarian receiving a lifetime gift of free foods from a McDonld's outlet in Hanover, Maryland.
The centenarian, Nadine Baum, has been eating lunch with her son at the said outlet for the past six years.
On her recent birthday, the entire staff of McDonlad's throw her a surprise party. They sang to her the Happy Birthday song, gave her a cake, a card and the ultimate gift of a lifetime of free foods from McDonald's.
This is a very unexpected, very rare, and truly kind gesture from a food chain, especially McDonald's, to a very old lady who loves to dine at their place.
"I don't know what I did to deserve all this," the old lady told the newspaper. "I count my blessings every day."
