Hi guys

Firstly I must apologies on the lack of posts, I have been neglecting my blogging duties lately (all for a good reason of course) but now I think its time to give you guys an update on whats been going on lately.

Well first of, its been the shooting period. I've had a month of solid film making, working on my own film and also other peoples film from throughout my course and clients which have hired me for a bit of freelance camera work.

First, lets speak about my film, LOVE & LUST. Love & Lust is a short drama which I wrote a few months back, and I finally thought I had access tot he equipment and a personal self belief that I can get this film to its full potential. Filming on NEW BRIGHTON BEACH in the middle of winter seemed a good idea at first until we got there, then the bitter wind hit us, from 8am onwards we knew it was going to be a very cold day. The tide was in when we first came, leaving the sand wet, making it a bit harder for us to cope but we managed to keep going. Our actors struggled with the conditions but we powered through and eventually got something done.

It was a long day, a lot of time and effort had been put into it, so instead of flying straight into the edit I left the film be for about two weeks before I got back to it and began focusing on other peoples films which I had be asked to work on. In the two weeks I was primarily either an Assistant Director or Gaffer and picked up so many skills in the way its untrue.

After all the shooting was finished and I got some much needed sleep, I thought I'd put a brave face on and actually begin editing this film, so off I went and had a look at all the footage. Naturally, all the worry was put to one side and I eventually thought "Hey this isn't to bad" So off I began editing.

A month on, boom, finished, done. INCREDIBLY proud to say the least and now I can't wait to get it out their and give it to you guys to view.

SO, not to sure when I want to release the film just yet but I will 100% let you guys know when it will be released and it will be going up on FILM ANNEX in due time.
