Once a upon a time in a small village in Turkey there was a shepherd and his name was Ahmad .He had a flock of sheep and he used to take the sheep to the hill near to his village every day to eat the grass. The shepherd used to make fools of the village people every day by shouting : “The wolf is attacking us and has eaten my sheep . “ But when the poor people of the village were going to rescue him, he started laughing and said: “I am making fools of you “
However, one day the wolf suddenly attacked. He killed and ate some of the sheep. When Ahmad started shouting for help, the people in the village turned a deaf ear towards him and said to each other: “The shepherd is trying to make fools of us again”. And everybody went back to their work. When Ahmad returned back to the village without his flock of sheep and told the story, the people of the village became sad and advised him not to tell lies again. They said: “Never try to make fools of us again and done tell lies. If something really happens people will not come to help you and they will never believe you. “
After that Ahmad never told a lie again and they all lived happily ever after.
