Hi I am Klodian Daja and I am a freelance filmmaker. I am 24 years old and originally from Albania, my passion for film making started when I was a little kid. I used be captivated by films on TV, I’d draw pictures of the films that caught my imagination and always wanted to know how they’d done it. From there my passion for film making took off, I love making films that are all about us human beings, I am intrigued about our race and what makes us tick. I studied three years at Loughborough College for a BTEC National diploma in Interactive Media. Graduating from there I then I studied for a further three years doing a BA Honours Degree in Film Production at one of top universities courses for filmmaking at Staffordshire University. I have graduated with a 2nd class honours degree, which I am proud. I like to make films that make the audience think, question themselves, question everything around them, laugh, cry and feel a connection with the characters. I like to make works that are different and unique from anything else out there. I attempt to make quirky films, but with a simple message which the audience can absorb, I like to inspire people with my films where I can. As a film maker I get such a buzz to see the reaction of the audience when they see my work and as a filmmaker if I can make the audience laugh or cry, or think about the film in question, then that makes me so happy as filmmaker and I know then that I have done my work. I do what I do because I love to make films, I love to create a world that is different from ours, I love to challenge things by taking every day life and turning into something amazing, something beautiful but most of all I make films for the people, to give something from my heart to the audience. If you want to know more about my work and me, please do not hesitate to contact me by phone or e-mail! Many thanks for visiting my filmAnnex, I look forward to you to coming back and seeing more of my work.
