This time i am going to talk about the action of Court against Tahir-ul-qadri in Pakistan.

 

LAHORE: The Anti-Terrorism Court, Rawalpindi on Monday declared Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) chief Dr. Tahirul Qadri proclaimed offender in Rawalpindi vandalism case.

 

The court no-II of the ATC(Anti-Terrorism-Court) also issued arrest warrants for the PAT(Pakistan-Awami-Tehreek) chief as he failed to appear before the court despite repeated summons.

PAT workers had gathered at the Lilla Interchange and staged a protest demonstration on Qadri’s call couple of months back. The workers had allegedly attacked and injured police officials, after which they were arrested and charged under the Anti Terrorism Act.

Dr. Qadri is currently in the United States for his heart treatment, and recently he has undergone an angiography. The doctors have advised him complete rest for at least a month.
