Add coffee to milk

Rather than adding milk to coffee. The first thing upon waking up is preparing a glass of skim milk. Then take about 1/5 glass, after that add coffee to it. Thus, you can intake 25 % of vitamin D and 30 % calcium needed for the body every day.
