Have you ever noticed than when there is an emergency. You will have some people that will come over and just stop and look at you. Than they might offer you some advise on who to call to help. Why would they even come over when there is an emergency if they are just going to stand there and give advise.

 Sorry but advise does not help you change your tire. Advise does not help you start your car. Just go away if you are not going to help. Standing there looking does not do anyone any good at all.. Why are their looking louse to begin with. Help if you see someone in trouble. If you are not going to help than do not stop just to look. That does not do anyone any good.

 Have you ever noticed that half the people are just standing and watching offering no help at all. What is wrong with people?
