A women's rights organization called the Afghan women's network, has once again called for the presence of women at the level of leadership of the justice and judicial system of the country. The members of this institution says that the presence of women in the leadership of the justice and judicial system helps to deal better with cases involving discrimination against women.

Afghan women's network, says the Afghan President has committed that the presence of women in the justice system and the judiciary will be more in the future.

At the present already more than one hundred and eighty women are working as a judge in Afghanistan. Members of the Afghan women's network, say hundreds of cases of violence against women recorded in Afghanistan, but many cases involving violence against women, are remaining to be solved but no one still handle And attend them.
Farkhondeh Zahra Naderi, a member of the House of representatives and a  member of the Afghan women's network, believes that the presence of women in the leadership of the justice and judicial apparatus, to benefit from the interpretation of the interpretation of laws and men will pull. In the past year to prevent violence against women do not have much practical work, hence they are demanding the presence of women in the category of leadership of the Supreme Court

From the women no one are members of the Supreme Court. Although the President had promised but failed to promise action. Now, three of the members of the Supreme Court work period has ended. We're hoping that a  woman will be elected as a member of the High Court. Meanwhile the Deputy Prosecutor promised to a woman now. If we succeed this work could be a better situation to the Prosecutor as well.
When 186 women across Afghanistan has judicial seat, so the existence of a woman on the Supreme Council is necessary, and and must have at least one woman to this CouncilIf at least one female work as a member of the Supreme Court, this will offer a dedicated court elimination of violence against women in Afghanistan, in this matter (cases involving violence against women) will get solved faster.
The institution of women's rights while calling for greater justice and the role of women in the judicial system which have been earlier Afghan Independent Human Rights Commission report of increasing types of violence against women in this country.
According to the statistics provided in the report of the Commission, only in the first eight months of this yearbout 40 rape, 57 about honor killings and 4500 about violence against women.

The institution defending the rights of women in Afghanistan mentioned that, poverty, insecurity, illiteracy, and lack of culture is a serious law violators of women's violence. Afghanistan in recent years adopted legal upon which the actual crime of violence against women and children. But this law is not practical in many areas of Afghanistan.

Afghan women now in various spheres of social and political participation, but this presents seems not  Enough. Afghan women in the years after the Taliban always have tried a variety of their presence in the field of social development, in support of the Elimination of violence against women they signed the petition for country's President.
