I cannot help prevent it but I do not understand why a person has to feel jealous at all because each person is special. There is nothing like - you are above me and I am worthless kind of thing. Each human being is worth a lot and we have to use our faculties to make the surroundings and ourselves better of course. There is no use in wasting time in being jealous of others achievements. you can do it, you are special, aim for your drems and be self satisfied. Why think of others and waste time?
