1:You sleep poorly.
2:You're getting shorter.
3:You're apple-shaped.
4:You're always tired.
5:Your urine is dark yellow.
6:You snore.
7:You're always anxious.
8:You only move your bowels once a day—or even every other day.
9:You're always itchy.
10:You catch every cold and flu.
