Alia Bhatt keen to learn from Shahrukh Khan
MUMBAI: Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt, who would be seen alongside Shahrukh Khan in Karan Johar's upcoming film, says working with the superstar would be a great learning opportunity for her. Johar has announced his next home production with Alia and SRK to be helmed by Gauri Shinde of 'English Vinglish' fame. It is not clear yet if SRK and Alia would be romantically paired opposite each other in the film. The 22-year-old actress is very excited to share space with the 'Om Shanti Om' star. "I am very excited to be working with him. He is the biggest superstar. It is a dream come true moment," Bhatt told PTI. "He is one of the best and respectable actors in the industry. I would get so much to learn from him. It is a great learning opportunity for me," she said. "The pressure comes with every film. As actors we need to do our best. Impress the audience as they are the king. We need to justify their faith and give our best," the 'Highway' actress said. Apparently the film narrates journey of a young girl played by Bhatt, who falls in love thrice and walking out of every relation with a new life lesson. "It is too early to talk about the concept of the film," she added. Reportedly, the 'Student of the Year' actress has begun shooting for Gauri Khan's film while Shahrukh is busy with 'Dilwale'. On this Bhatt says, "The details would be given out soon." Bhatt is also looking forward to the release of 'Shaandaar' in, which she is paired opposite Shahid Kapoor. "I am excited as well as nervous for the film as after long time my film is coming up. It's a fun, family film," Bhatt said. 'Shaandaar', directed by Vikas Bahl, will hit the screens on October 22.
