ALOO (potato) K PARATHY
Aloo k parathy is Pakistani special food and easy to cook. This recipe is very delicious and you can put it in children lunch box. Make the batter and freeze it use when you want to make parathy. This recipe is for 5-6 parathy give a try to these stuffed potato parathy and I am sure you will enjoy!!!
INGREDIENTS FOR STUFFING
- Boiled potatoes 5-6
- Cumin seeds 1 table spoon
- Coriander leaves 1 bunch
- Dry coriander powder ½ table spoon
- Salt to taste
- Green chillies 2-3
- Red chillies 1 table spoon
- All spices 1 table spoon
- Oil to fry
FRO DOUGH
- Flour 2 cups
- Water 1 cup
- Salt ½ table spoon
Method
- Make dough with flour water and salt. Place this for half an hour.
- Now mash the potatoes add all spices coriander, red chillies, green chillies, salt and cumin seeds mix well.
- Now make two payras from dough and flatten them with rolling pin.
- Putt mashed potatoes mixture on the centre of one flatten loaf and place another flatten loaf and roll a little with rolling pin.
- In a pan heat 1 table spoon oil and fry this paratha till golden fry from both sides.
- Serve with chatni or with tea.
