According to Bouncer Chronicles a Brooklyn woman is suing Meatpacking hot-spot No 8 for getting a glass smashed in her face and the jagged end dragged down her throat to her breast. Stephanie Reyes, 21, is suing club queen Amy Sacco and Ryan Shea. Shea is the NJ man who was arrested on April 2 for the assault.

Reyes was at the club with 4 friends at 2:10 AM when they were joined at their balcony VIP table by 3 men, one of whom was Shea. According to the NY Post, Shea was extremely drunk mumbling and trying to hit on one of Reyes' friends. When Reyes told Shea to leave them alone he picked up a glass and smashed it in her face, causing her to get 5 stitches.

Shea was charged with felony assault and returns to Manhattan criminal court later this month.
