There is a rule on Bitlanders about what should and should not be there in Microblogs. Specifically:

The microblogs system is not meant to be used for peer to peer communication. As microblogs are broadcasted, we encourage you to use the private messages system if you need to communicate with a specific user to keep your content pertinent and interesting to all your followers.

 

I would like to appeal to all my friends and followers to make note of this and stop using the Microblog functionality to post "Thanks for following..." messages. These message harm your Buzz score and amy also result in suspension of your account.
