It is truly indeed the saying "An apple a day keeps the doctor away" because apple is very nutritious and source of vitamins for our body and it is also good to say that "an apple a day keeps the dentist away" because an apple also helps your teeth to become stronger and help to eliminate those cavities and dirt. But other than that ,an apples also helps other food to make it healthy and moist. Like in a piece of cake , just sliced a piece of apple and put it in container to keep it moist. In a dry brown sugar , just sliced also a piece to make that sugar back into moist. If you have a sour soup you can also add an sliced apple to eliminate that sour taste. The apple indeed is not just a source of nutrients but can also help those food to keep healthy when we eat.
