An exercise to change yourself become a better Life

For those of you who feel always fail in life, agitated and angry with yourself might need a keyword that is "changing". With just a change would probably be a lot of changes in your life to the next. I had a nice trick for your practice to automatically change yourself for the better.If you believe just practiced but when not... simply be yourself is now

Sit comfortably ... make sure your seating position is really comfortable. Loosen all your muscles from head to toe coming down to you. Relax ... totally relax .. close your eyes slowly ... do not rush ... slowly. You need to be thoughtful for a moment, stop the traffic of your thoughts ... silence ... silence, totally stop your mind, just briefly unnecessarily long. Make sure you are in a state of silence, if you are successful in general you will feel lonely .. calm and peaceful. Concentration only on the flow in and out of breath. Hear only the sound of your breath ... just let it come if any tracks or shadows that appears on your head   .. do not be combated and just back again to your concentration into and out of your breath. Feel how the air was coming in through your nose and go up into your lungs and then feel the air also flows from your lungs to get out of your nostrils. Breath does not have to be regulated, let the breath flow in and out of it is just natural .... ... no made-up. Maintain a sense of this at least 10 minutes, do not be too long, then you will get used to doing. Within 10 minutes the atmosphere was yell in your heart, say these words below over and over again, out loud in your heart.

If you already have enough to do this exercise, return your awareness. Slowly open your eyes, feel yourself back, feel back all your muscles. Feel the difference before and after practicing this exercise. Feel around you phenomena. Maybe once or twice a workout you can not feel it. That's normal.
