Just a day after the tragic demise of former Bengal Under-19 team captain Ankit Keshri, another young cricket player in Calcutta has been hospitalised today after sustaining a head injury during a local league match. It is reported that while fielding for his side, he got an injury in the left side of the head behind the left ear. He has had haemorrhage, but there was no vomiting and he was conscious. CT scan of the brain showed a clot, otherwise, he is now stable, but will be kept under observation for another seven to eight days.
