ISIS militants are reported to have burnt alive 45 people in the western Iraqi town of al-Baghdadi. It is exactly not clear whether the people were civilians or security personnel. But a reliable source claims that at least some were members of the security forces. However, details of the reports are not still available due to constant fighting and poor communications in the area.
