The Separatist Hurriyat leader Masarat Alam of Jammu and Kashmir, who was released from Baramulla prison in the state in last month by the PDP-BJP coalition government now in power at the state is reported to have unfurled Pakistan's flag at Lal Chowk in Srinagar, the capital of the state. He was also found to raise anti-India slogans at a rally. The Opposition Congress Party of India has strongly protested against this anti-national move by the Hurriyat hardliner. Hope the state government would take necessary steps.
