APPLE AND BANANA MILKSHAKE
Apple is very healthy and banana is very effective for digestion of food. In summer season everyone wants a healthy and cold shake. So this is very easy to make and delicious to drink, try this at home and enjoy,,,,
INGREDIENTS
- Apple 1 cup
- Banana ripe 2-3
- Milk 1 glass
- Water half glass
- Sugar 2 tablespoons
- Ice 4-5 cubes
METHOD
- Peel banana and apple and cut into small pieces.
- Beat in mixer with milk water sugar and ice.
- Beat it well.
- Pour into glasses and serve cold.
