APPLE MILKSHAKE
Today I am going share with you a very easy and healthy milk shake.
INGREDINETS
- Apple 2-3
- Milk 1 glass
- Sugar 2 table spoons
- Ice cubes 3-4
METHOD
- Peel apples and cut in cubes.
- Add 1 glass of milk in blender with apple.
- Blend it.
- Now add sugar, ice cubes and bland it.
- serve it cold.
