The   of arms control disarament is as old as warfare. Disarament is the elimination of  araments to preserve international peace and securtiy of averting wars.Traditionally it means disarming and disbanding the armies of the losing states.Sometimes vassal state could retain a token military force, with obligation to provide military assistance to the dominant state in case of war.
