SMD foundation and JUNGLE KILLOL foundation is gearing up for 6th international art festival, one of the most reputed art festival which wilol be held in ART HUB ABU DHABI from 12th January to 17th January 2016. UAE ART MONTH " Emirati Expressions " where 44 emirati artists participated in the exhibition
Five thousand years ago in what is now the UAE, the first known art was engraved on a stone. The simple, line carving of a figure represents the level of civilization at that time. Today artists from across the globe follow this ancient art with more inspiration from the community of world artists and such development never before made by humankind. The unique and diverse landscape of UAE is also contributing to a dynamic creative era in art identity to the level of being one of the most prolific periods in recent history.
This is the UAE art identity today and Art Hub Contemporary Art Museum (ACAM) is proud to present a segment the first generation of this art.
