Two people linked to the attacks of November 13 are dead and seven others were arrested during the attack launched at dawn Wednesday, November 18 against an apartment located in Saint-Denis (Seine-Saint-Denis). The anti-terrorist operation conducted by the Anti-Terrorism Sub-Directorate of the Judicial Police, the RAID and the BIS (Research and Intervention Brigade), was the alleged organizer of the attacks, Abdelhamid Abaaoud. But for now there is no evidence confirms that he was actually at the scene of the assault.

Two dead and seven arrests

Schools closed
The mayor of Saint-Denis advised his people Wednesday to stay home and do not circulate in the area bounded by the police, around the street of Corbillon. Many establishments in Saint-Denis are closed until further notice: the IUT, the higher school of the teaching and education, information and referral center and the college application of ENNA (National Normal School learning). The city of Saint-Denis released the list of schools closed on his Twitter account. The Elsa-Triolet colleges and Pierre-de-Geyter are also closed until further notice.
The University Paris-VIII, in the north of the city, said social media had not received closure request, but recommended its students, teachers and staff not to come.
Furthermore, traffic is disrupted on secondary road 27, the D29, the National 1 and N301, the Prefecture is advising motorists to avoid "largely" Saint-Denis. For now, traffic is stopped on the line 13 between Saint-Denis-terminus University and Carrefour Pleyel station, and the last three stations are closed to the public. Many bus lines are also closed until further notice.
