It's been an exciting couple of days and a real buzz to feel the components of a short film coming together all over again!
Sorcha Anglim phoned me from work the other night in her panicked 'producer' state (< Awww) when she suddenly found out we had lost our bargained-for audition room. It was up to me to ring around the pubs of Manchester and find us another! Luckily, a quirky lounge bar called Trof had the ideal room for us and even better...for free < Such a favourite word in the world of filmmaking....
We auditioned some lovely girls who were asked 'Are you OK to show your knickers....?' from which they all flapped their hands in a 'I do it all the time!' fashion, safe to say, there were plenty of laughs!
And thankfully we found our perfect girl!
