Australian Prime Minister Tony Abbott has recently stated that as many as 100 Australians were engaged in fighting in the Middle East with various extreme terrorist organizations, and that another 150 Australians in this country were known to be actively supporting them. He has warned that neither the directly involved terrorists nor their supporters in Australia would be spared and stern action would be taken against all of them.
