My kids was invited from some other neighbors who are Christians to go to AWANA"S at my old church that I grew up in. I use to go to AWANA"S when I was little. Back when my daughter Katie was 6 years old a neighbor took her, then when she moved to Chicago I started taking Katie, then going to my dad's to visit, or some of my old high school friends. Then Katie wanted to go to church I dropped her off and a lady who knew me when I was Katie's age said your not leaving come with me. My older kids Katie, Kayla, Kristen, went to AWANA"S then a new pastor came and cancelled the program, and the Church School. I was shocked to hear that the next new pastor started it up again, I have not gone to that church in 8 years, I know a lot of people I have known my whole life left. I'm sure I will hear from Austin and Jaimie when they come home about who talked about me if any still go there. Kelsey is too old for AWANA"S and I don't know if they have a teen group for high school kids anymore or not.
