The Miyazaki Garden in Red Wing Park now has an AZUMAYA PAVILION  that serves as a place for meditation, contemplation and reflection.

This is a place where you just sit down and you are at peace with the nature around you, the beauty of nature, the tranquility and the culture of Japan . 

It was built to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Virginia Beach's Sister City relationship with Miyazaki City in Japan.
