One of my New Years Resolutions was to get back into using my sketchbooks. I think that sketchbooks are an extremely important part of any design/film project. I really enjoy using sketchbooks as a way of developing an idea, however I don't feel like I've made the most of using my sketchbook recently and I miss it!

So with this in mind I'm going to try to use it on a regular basis and I think a good way to make sure that I do this is to try to carry it around with me. I always find myself wanting to make notes, or sketch down some ideas and I tend to use my phone to record my thoughts, however if I carry my sketchbook I think that it might allow meet to explore some of the ideas that I have further,  as opposed to just making notes and coming back to them at a later stage.
