Ingredients:
- 80 grams Bacon (sliced)
- ¼ cup Cheddar Cheese (grated)
- 1 pouch (200 grams) Del Monte
- Carbonara Sauce
- 1 pack (175 grams) Del Monte
- Spaghetti Merienda Pack (cooked, reserve 3 tbsp pasta water)
Cooking Instructions:
- Fry bacon until crunchy. Set aside, reserve drippings.
- Combine drippings with DEL MONTE Carbonara Sauce and reserved pasta water. Cover and simmer for 3 minutes.
- Add cheese and half of bacon, then pour over pasta. Toss to combine. Top with remaining bacon.
