Bacon Carbonara Pasta Recipe

Ingredients:



  • 80 grams Bacon (sliced)

  • ¼ cup Cheddar Cheese (grated)

  • 1 pouch (200 grams) Del Monte

  • Carbonara Sauce

  • 1 pack (175 grams) Del Monte

  • Spaghetti Merienda Pack (cooked, reserve 3 tbsp pasta water)


Cooking Instructions:



  1. Fry bacon until crunchy. Set aside, reserve drippings.

  2. Combine drippings with DEL MONTE Carbonara Sauce and reserved pasta water. Cover and simmer for 3 minutes.

  3. Add cheese and half of bacon, then pour over pasta. Toss to combine. Top with remaining bacon.

  4. Makes 4 servings
