Are you having problems with stained yellowish clothes and unwanted stinky smell? You wont need expensive bleaching agent and scented fabric softener anymore. The solution is only within your reach at your kitchen storage shelves. The amazing and versatile power of white powder, the baking soda.

You just simply add one half (1/2) or one (1) cup of baking soda (depending on the bulk or quality of clothes you will be washing) to your regular laundry powdered detergent and water. Soak your clothes with the solution overnight or several hours. For all white clothes, you can expose the soak clothes on the sunlight for whiter results. Hand wash or spin the clothes with the solution in the washing machine, rinse and dry up. You will notice that the clothes are cleaner, naturally whiter, soft, and fresh smelling than the usual ones. The baking soda has alkali properties that make the stains, dirts, and grease to breakdown and be washed out easily.

More so, baking soda has many other uses in our household aside from being a baking ingredient. It can used as teeth whitener and cleanser, mouthwash, dish and machine cleanser, fridge and room deodorizer, insect bite relief, and many more. Most all, keep baking soda at the kitchen in case of fire. These are all some of the wonders of baking soda.
