Banana Chocolate
Ingredients:
Cake Flour 270 Gms
Baking Powder 2 Tsp
Butter 185 Gms
Sugar 255 Gms
Eggs 2 No’s
Vanilla Essence 2 Or 3 Drops
Bananas (Mashed) 5 No’s
Milk Chocolate (Chopped) 1 ½ Cup
Salt Pinch
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 180 C. Grease and line a 22/30 cm baking tin. Sift flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt together. Beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla essence to butter and sugar, and then stir in bananas. Fold dry ingredients into butter mixture, and then add chocolate pieces and mix. Spoon into prepared tin and bake for 25 minutes. Leave to cool before cutting into bars or squares, dust with icing sugar or chocolate syrup before serving.
Bake Time: 30 Minutes.
