Ingredients:
1/4 c. of your favorite BBQ sauce
pinch of salt
pinch of pepper
1/4 c. green onions, chopped
4 c. chopped potatoes
1/8 tsp. onion powder
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Procedure:
- In a large bowl, stir together BBQ sauce, sour cream, salt, pepper, green onions, onion and garlic powder.
- Add chopped potatoes and toss until potatoes are fully covered.
- Spray a cookie sheet with nonstick cooking spray and pour potatoes onto pan.
- Arrange evenly in a single layer on sheet.
- Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.
- Use a spatula to scrape and toss potatoes every 20 minutes or so, so they cook evenly on all sides.
