Be Healthy …

To be healthy, we must at least do the following:·        

  • minimize salt in your diet

  • avoid cholesterol in your foods

  • eat more fruits and vegetables

  • keep your body hydrated all the time

  • consume less pork and other animal meat

  • avoid smoking, and drinking too much coffee and alcohol

  • maintain proper body weight

  • engage in more body movement

  • have enough fresh air, sunlight, and rest

  • avoid too much stress

  • have a happy and peaceful heart all the time

To be healthy is a choice; make the right choice; choose health above all; so that we need not suffer sickness and diseases, and the consequences of these, in our lives.
