When I was a kid there was an older girl that would always smile and try to uplift others. One day she was talking to another girl who was sad about something and had given up.

 

As the positive girl (Dee Dee) spoke to the trouble one (Tracy) someone out of the blue came in between them to tell Tracy not to listen to that crap. The intruder (Billy) for some reason asked "Why?"

 

Dee Dee responded "because!"

 

A minute went by in total silence or movement then Billy threw up two hands palms up as though he had question marks in them.

 

Dee Dee took a deep breathe then looked him right in the eyes the rattled off:

 

Because you can't help her! Because you can't help yourself! Because you are bad! Because you never have anything good to say! etc...

 

After about 5 minutes Billy "the bully" head went down as he walk into his house. Tracy was so moved that she did what ever it was and her life turned around. she went from the hot girl that we wanted to the positive nerd that you wanted to stay away from...

 

Tracy went on to go from a "C" student to an "A++" student to being a doctor I seen here last year at the casino and she brought that up!

 

The one time Dee Dee went negative because her dad died she took drugs for the first and last time...
