Beef Goulash
What you need : 750 g beef front, 3 pieces of onion, 5 cloves garlic, 4 tablespoons lard for frying 1 teaspoon crushed cumin, 1 teaspoon oregano 1 teaspoon ground sweet paprika, 1 cube masox 1 teaspoon crushed fuel paprika,
PROCEDURE
In the melted lard in a pressure cooker leave zesklovatět finely chopped onion, add the sweet pepper and fry for half a minute. Add the diced meat and cook until it is not applied. When penetrating smells and deserts juice, salt and pepper it, add cumin. Foundation pour water, mix thoroughly and cook in a pressure cooker. Approximately 30 minutes we meat is tender.
Add the boiling water with dissolved masoxem and simmer uncovered already. In a boiling stew, add the roux prepared in advance. Add the pressed garlic and marjoram.
Beef stew served with bread dumplings. Goulash can decorate finely chopped onion into slices.
