The summons issued against Modi's Gujarat riots. Is reported that the Indian government is planning to oppose it.
According to information, the Federal Court of the Southern District of New York in the 2002 Gujarat riots has summoned Narendra Modi's alleged role. American Justice Center, called the summons has been issued on a petition filed by a human rights organization.

In its petition, the human rights organization said Narendra Modi is guilty of genocide. Modi has accused people were killed under his supervision, the women were homeless and had ill-treated them.

 
The organization says it has been denied the rights of the victims of the Gujarat riots, Narendra Modi in such action should be taken. The organization has also demanded compensation to riot victims.
