Ingredients
- 2 cup all purpose flour
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 3 cup melted dark chocolate
- 4 cup wiped cream
- 2 cup chopped rasberries
- 1/2 icing sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup coco powder
- 1/2 cup baking soda
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup milkmaid
- 1/2 cup soda water
Direction
- In a mixing bowl sieve all purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, coco powder and icing sugar.
- Now in another mixing bowl mix soda water, milk, milkmaid, vanilla essence
- Now combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients and ready a dropping batter
- bake cake in 180 degree preheated oven for 20 -25 minutes.
- While ready set aside to get cool.
- Now in mixing bowl mix wiped cream and berries.
- Cut the cake in round into two equal parts;
- First take slice and on top spread first melted chocolate then wiped cream and put another slice on first slice.
- Then spread wiped cream over the cake evenly then spread chocolate.
