Best Exercise for Fast all body fat loss

Dear Friends,

Today I want to share a great knowledge with you which I practically apply own self that is fast all body fat loss. Almost everyone is known that "Old is gold" there is a good saying, running exercise is best for fat loss if you plan a exercise schedule for fat loss my suggestion leave all exercise only tow exercise which is (Running and Push-up) Dears fat under the belly look so bad and you seem shame on that and your all day feel so boring .

Schedule a Exercise & Diet plan/schedule

Diet is key for better health some people leave morning breakfast because their stomach not like to eat but the thing need to be know why your stomach not like to eat reason is that your body is not active there is a good saying (Eat breakfast like king, eat lunch like a prince, and dinner like a pauper) This idea tell us that having biggest meal in morning and noon give us a energy for all workday day and night dinner like a pauper is for weight loos but you must eat dinner only one piece of loaf. 

 

 You may need to plan you exercise schedule at least1 hour and half hour for running and half hour divide for push-up, hands up down, these exercises will wake up your all body organs and make you smart and active all day another important thing is to drink much water during running is exhaust all harmfull disease from your all body its possible only on that when you do this on regularly basis.

And your all day pass fresh and health its possible only on your exercise schedule so first you think about yourself then other because it you fit your lead you team/family good it unfit you know what................................
