Betrayed Woman

A woman has always suspected her husband of cheating on her. So, one afternoon she hid herself under the bed in their bedroom, she had not gone to work that day because she plans to catch her husband in the act who does not know she is lying under the bed.

The husband came into the house at about 12:30 pm shouting ‘honey, are you home?’ as he opens each door, finally he gets to the bedroom. Then he said, “Ah, this stupid woman is not home, thank God she’s out”, then he picks up his phone and said, “Sweetheart please can you come to my house now, I miss you. I miss your kisses and the way we …, you know I love you more than her, in fact let me come to you and finally leave this woman for you” 

He picks up a pen and a piece of paper, wrote a note for the wife and left. The shattered wife who is already dumbfounded and cannot believe her eyes (she had hopped it was not true) came out from under the bed where she hid, with tears streaming down her eyes. She picked up the note and read it, and it says, “Honey, I love you. I rushed home looking for you because you were not in your office. I wanted us to spend the rest of the day together downtown. When I saw your leg under the bed, i wondered why you have refused to answer me, instead you quietly hide. Anyway, my love, I am going out to buy I bottle of wine for us to drink together. Let’s spend some time together at home. I love you.”
